Our Products

Here at eCigWizard we try to offer the most popular products on the electronic cigarette market. We stock a wide and varied range of goods from all over the world.

 

We try to listen to you, the customer, and find out what you actually want. We act on EVERY product request we receive. Quite often this may not lead to us actually stocking the item (for a number of reasons) but you can rest assured that we will at least attempt to.

 

Our products vary in price; however, we test the majority of our products before we post them to you. This obviously takes more time but it hopefully results in you receiving a fully working product each and every time. Sometimes things will slip through the net. On these rare occasions we will endeavour to deal with your problem as swiftly and kindly as possible. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service skills.

 

Some vendors can get quite touchy when customers provide constructive/negative feedback. We are the opposite; we crave suggestions and constructive feedback. This may sound odd to you as a customer but we want to do the BEST we can for you, so please do nitpick and provide us with as much feedback as possible (obviously positive feedback is also welcome!).

Our Office

We have a base in Cambridgeshire which carries most of our back office functions. Our office is generally open from 10am-5pm Monday-Friday.

 

You are more than welcome to “pop in” and say hello/collect your order. Please just drop us an email/give us a call in advance so we can make sure we aren’t out having lunch or posting customer orders!

 

Our office isn’t quite a Vaping Lounge yet but we do have some comfy seating, free drinks and of course you can have a look at some of our products and have a vape with us!
